Last night at The Rio, Vancouver’s Northwest Nightmares hosted a kickass evening of the midnight classic BLOOD DINER with director JACKIE KONG in attendance – where we got to play a little Q&A. If you missed this one-of-a-kind event, fear not, because we’re teaming up with  with GBW Podcast and The Video Graveyard next weekend (APRIL 15th) to do a little contest. Details will be up next weekend, but if you want to hear more stories from Jackie Kong, director of Blood Diner, The Being, and Night Patrol, then just tune into the GBW Podcast and go to their Facebook page for contest details, we’ll be giving away a DUAL-DISC Limited Edition of our first cult feature, CARMILLA… Believe it or not, this month will mark the 15th shooting-anniversary of Creepy Six FIlms’ first feature CARMILLA! Also known as VAMPIRES vs ZOMBIES on its initial global release in 2004, and subsequently as CARMILLA THE LESBIAN VAMPIRE in its special-edition-DVD reincarnation four years later, principal photography actually began in April of 2002 in Vancouver and North Vancouver, BC with cult actress/icon Brinke Stevens. To celebrate this very special anniversary, we are making TWO COPIES of our limited edition double-DVD re-lease available in a giveaway contest with GBW Podcast and The Video Graveyard on Saturday, April 15th… so stay tuned for details!!
